My neighbor is shooting local cats that walk on his fence. I told him he needs to stop shooting cats . I am fairly certain he killed a siberian that I fed in my alley. My cat has outdoor privileges since he does not roam. I am worried this violent man is going to come after my cat. Please pray God works on his heart, and protects my cat from retribution. He does not go in this man's yard, I am worried the man will come after him. I just want peace, and a cessation to harm of local animals.
