As believers in Jesus Christ, we come together finding healing, deliverance, restoration, freedom and true faith one-day-at-a-time.

PLEASE NOTE: You do not have the repeat the prayer request. Prayer requests are not posted immediately we have monitors who will go over each prayer request individually. So requests can be delayed before posting.
Once you fill out the PRAYER REQUEST the information from the form goes into our database in order for us to now keep in touch and keep in prayer through our growing intercessory prayer teams. We also send invitations to different online Christian programs or updates from Good News Broadcasting & Multimedia, Inc.

I've been gaining weight for the past 5 years. Before, I was always slim and active, and if I ate well I lost weight. Now I'm in my late 40s, even if I eat well (no desserts, no soda pop, no fries) I only lose 5 lbs in a year . I'm very discouraged. Someone today that I haven't seen in a while said to me, you gained weight.
I know I did and I'm not happy at all. But I'm tired, I often wake up feeling more tired than when I went to bed, my feet hurt often and my metabolism is not what it used to be. I would love to be that size 6 or 8 person that I was 5 years ago instead of 12-14. Can you please pray that the Lord will help me lose weight? That my energy would return. Maybe rev up my metabolism or give me energy to exercise.
